Our Story
Kevin Obrecht discovered woodworking as a teen and started designing and producing custom furniture before he graduated from high school. He received a degree in computer engineering from Purdue University before deciding that woodworking and furniture design was his true calling.
Growing up in Oak Park, Illinois, he took inspiration from the unique architecture of the early 20th century homes that surrounded him, including many by Frank Lloyd Wright. Combining this passion for artistic design and education in engineering, he found a calling creating one-of-a-kind pieces of furniture.
He relocated to Colorado in 2022 to pursue woodworking with a custom firm, honing his craft while continue to design and build pieces on his own.
